Portela 11 is a catalog and quotation application for optics clients. It allows authorized users to browse the product catalog, add items to a cart, and generate PDF quotations. No online payment is processed through this platform — payments are arranged manually between the client and the seller after the quotation is reviewed.

We collect information you provide directly when you:

• Create an account (name, email address, password)
• Generate a quotation (the items and quantities selected)
• Contact our support team
• Update your profile

We also collect certain data automatically, including your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, via our hosting provider (Vercel) and analytics tools.

We do not collect or store any payment card information. All payment arrangements are made directly between the client and the seller outside of this application.

We use the information collected to:

• Generate and deliver PDF quotations by email
• Maintain a record of your quote history under your account
• Manage your account and authenticate your sessions
• Respond to your support requests
• Improve the platform and diagnose technical issues
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

We share your data only with service providers that help us operate the platform, and only to the extent necessary:

• Supabase — database and authentication hosting.
• Vercel — application hosting and analytics.
• Resend — transactional email delivery for quotation confirmations.

We may also disclose your information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Portela 11, our clients, or others.

We use browser localStorage to persist your cart between sessions without requiring a login. This data stays entirely on your device and is only used when you generate a quotation.

Vercel Analytics may use anonymized tracking to measure aggregated usage statistics. No personally identifiable information is included in these analytics.

You can clear localStorage and cookies at any time through your browser settings. Note that doing so will empty your current cart.

We retain your account information and quotation history for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at info@portela11.com.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), row-level security (RLS) on our database, and session-bound authentication tokens. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and quotation history
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Withdraw consent at any time
