PORTELA 11 LLC is an online store specializing in hurricane-rated impact windows, impact doors, and related products, serving the Florida market. We offer products from multiple suppliers and brands within a single catalog. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered customers, and anyone who places an order.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to make a purchase. To place an order you need a registered account; browsing the catalog and building a cart are available without one.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at sales@portela11.com if you suspect any unauthorized use. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date.

We make every effort to display product details, specifications, colors, sizes, and prices accurately. However, we do not warrant that descriptions, images, or other content are entirely error-free, and actual products (including finishes and glass tints) may vary slightly from what is shown on screen.

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and exclude applicable taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise.
• Prices, promotions, and availability may change at any time without notice. The price that applies to your order is the one shown at the moment you complete checkout.
• Products are subject to availability; we may limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund any amount charged, even after an order confirmation has been sent.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted only when we send an order confirmation and, where applicable, successfully process payment. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including if we suspect fraud, a pricing or stock error, or a violation of these Terms.

The order confirmation we email you serves as your receipt. Please review it and contact us promptly if any details are incorrect.

Card payments are processed securely by Stripe, our third-party payment provider. By submitting payment information you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge the total order amount (including taxes and shipping) to your chosen payment method.

We do not store your full card details — those are handled directly by Stripe under its own terms and privacy policy. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

Shipping timeframes and costs are estimates provided at checkout and may vary based on product, destination, and carrier. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the address you provide.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and for inspecting goods on delivery. Please report any visible shipping damage or shortage promptly so we can assist with a claim.

If you wish to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible at sales@portela11.com. We can usually accommodate changes before an order has shipped.

Because many impact windows and doors are made to order or cut to specific sizes, certain items may be non-returnable or subject to a restocking fee. Eligible returns must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; shipping charges are generally non-refundable. Contact us to confirm whether a specific item is eligible before returning it.

Promotions and discount codes are subject to their own conditions, which may include start and end dates, minimum order amounts, usage limits, and eligibility rules. Unless explicitly stated, codes cannot be combined, have no cash value, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. We reserve the right to void a discount obtained through error, fraud, or abuse.

Impact windows and doors are regulated building products. Unless expressly agreed in writing, your purchase covers the product only — it does not include measurement, installation, permitting, or inspection.

• You are responsible for verifying correct sizes, configurations, and suitability for your project before ordering, and for obtaining any required permits.
• Installation should be performed by a qualified, licensed professional in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and applicable local building codes.
• Product certifications and approvals (such as Miami-Dade County Notices of Acceptance) and any product warranties are provided by the respective manufacturer. We pass through those manufacturer warranties and make no additional warranty unless stated in writing.

Except as required by law, products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind beyond those offered by the manufacturer.

All content on this store — including text, graphics, logos, product images, and software — is the property of PORTELA 11 LLC or its suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission, except as needed to use the store for its intended purpose.

When using the store, you agree not to:

• Use the store for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the store
• Scrape, harvest, or misuse content, pricing, or other users' information
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent order or payment information

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PORTELA 11 LLC and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the store or any product purchased. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PORTELA 11 LLC, its affiliates, and suppliers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the store, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes may also be communicated by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the store after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
